Effective July 1, 2003, it is unlawful for an individual to conduct a home inspection for compensation in the State of Oklahoma unless licensed pursuant to the Home Inspection Licensing Act. We have met all State and National requirements and our license number is 261.


The Oklahoma Home Inspection Licensing Act mandates the minimum standards for a general home inspection. Partial inspection, such as those restricted to the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing systems (often referred to as EMP’s), or just structural and roofing, or other limited inspections, do not provide the client with a complete evaluation of the property. Any inspection which is less than a full general inspection will fail to report aspects which are of vital concern to the client and their full understanding of the overall condition of the property for which they are making a major investment.

The comprehensive nature of a general inspection provide a full and unbiased evaluation to provide the client with “peace of mind”.  Sometimes, However, circumstances, specific interests or finances dictate that an “EMP” inspection be provided. In this case, the client must sign a release on the areas of a general inspection which they choose not to have inspected.

Our full inspection includes all standards required by the Oklahoma Home Inspection Licensing Act. Other inspection firms charge as much as $595.00 and even more.

Prices quoted are per single family residences up to 2000 square fee and paid at time of inspection. Prices increase modestly as the property size increases. Inspection reports are provided at the completion of the inspection and we accept payment by check, VISA or MasterCard.
